Caribbean Financial Action Task Force Compliance Programme

In light of the importance of financial industry to economic development, the RSS HQ is implementing this programme to provide advice and other technical support to its Member States to ensure national financial and regulatory frameworks remain compliant with international standards.
Specifically, the programme will:
  1. Assess and Audit MS’s AMCFT framework against the FATF 40 Recommendations for deficiencies
  2. Provide mentorship and support with the execution and implementation of systems consistent with CFATF Mutual Evaluation Action plan
  3. Provide capacity-building for leading stakeholders in the preparation and execution of a AMLCFT Mutual Evaluation/National Risk Assessment
  4. Develop regulations to govern Virtual Assets Service Providers
